Accessed from Pool Rd between Hall-Johnson Rd and Glade Rd, Summertree is comprised of 97 homes, priced in the $500,000 to $800,000 range. There are ordinarily only a few homes for sale in Summertree at any one time because of its desirable amenities (which often are only found in neighborhoods with much higher priced homes) and well-situated location. Some residents have called Summertree home since it was first developed in the early 1990s.
