Accessed from Pool Rd between Hall-Johnson Rd and Glade Rd, Summertree is comprised of 97 homes, priced in the $800,000 to $1,200,000 range.  There are ordinarily only a few homes for sale in Summertree at any one time because of its desirable amenities (which often are only found in neighborhoods with much higher priced homes) and well-situated location.  Some residents have called Summertree home since it was first developed in the early 1990s.  And some residents, upon leaving Texas for job reasons, have moved back to Summertree because they loved it so much and call it home.
